We seek individuals with experience as external commercial advisors in microcredit, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, social commitment, and strong results orientation—those who wish to grow within a solid, dynamic institution with a forward-looking vision. · What will you do in this role? Deploy productive loans in the field and manage the portfolio of financial products. Acquire and retain customers by providing personalized advisory services. Ensure portfolio quality through continuous monitoring. Explore new areas and opportunities to expand the market. · What do you need to apply? Education: Technical, technological, university degree, or student in administrative, commercial, or financial fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, etc.). Experience: Minimum 1 year as an external advisor at financial institutions, preferably in microcredit. Commercial skills, service orientation, fieldwork capability, and results focus. · What we offer: Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the bank. Base salary starting at $2,365,000 (adjustable based on microcredit experience). Operational transportation allowance + accessible performance-based commissions. All statutory social benefits.
