Your purpose will be: To plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities related to office performance (team under supervision). To implement and lead the commercial and operational strategy within your team, ensuring comprehensive follow-up at the assigned office; as a result of your leadership and management, you will impact your office’s (team’s) outcomes—ensuring sustainable client growth, a cross-selling portfolio of financial solutions, and excellent asset quality within your territory. Academic Level: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Agricultural or Agro-industrial programs.
