Job Summary: We are seeking a productive stage apprentice for the Integrated Management System (IMS) area to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health processes. Currently, we are looking for a productive stage apprentice for the Integrated Management System (IMS) area — an organized, responsible individual with interest in quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health processes. What will you do daily? • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS). • Support the management and control of IMS documentation. • Support monitoring of processes, indicators, and action plans. • Support identification of nonconformities and opportunities for improvement. • Support activities related to quality, environmental management, and OSH management. • Support internal and external IMS audits (accompaniment). • Support preparation of system reports and records. Apprentice Profile • Student enrolled in the Technologist Program in Integrated Management Systems Coordination. • Eligible to begin the productive stage. • Basic proficiency in office software tools. • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. Practice Schedule • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Conditions • Contract type: SENA Apprenticeship Contract • Practice location: Tunja (Boyacá).
