Participate in packaging and dispatch of orders to customers A company in the health sector and pharmaceutical distribution requires a Logistics Assistant to support receipt, storage, preparation, dispatch, and inventory control processes for medications, medical devices, and other health technologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal procedures, proper handling of products, maintenance of the cold chain, control of products nearing expiration, and inventory verification—ensuring quality and traceability throughout the entire process. Main Responsibilities Administrative and technical receipt of medications and medical devices. Loading and unloading of goods, ensuring appropriate storage (high-value items, cold chain, special control). Order preparation, packaging, and dispatch to sales points and customers. Inventory control and recordkeeping, verification of products nearing expiration, and reporting of anomalies. Cleaning and disinfection of areas, refrigeration equipment, and storage facilities. Correct use of personal protective equipment and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Requirements Education: Vocational technician degree in fields related to the pharmaceutical sector, logistics, or similar. Experience: Minimum 6 months in logistics roles, preferably in health or pharmaceutical companies (professional practice may be accepted as validation). Must have knowledge of medications. Basic proficiency in digital tools and inventory management software. Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + benefits + productivity bonus. Permanent contract with the company Schedule Monday to Friday and Saturday morning shift, daytime schedule.
