Management of aseptic technique and assertive communication Home-based Medicine and Therapies is a private IPS located in Santander, Valle del Cauca, Bolívar, Atlántico, Boyacá, Bogotá, Medellín, and Ibagué, specializing in home-based patient assistance and care, ensuring continuity in the management of acute and/or chronic diseases for individuals who face difficulties traveling to healthcare centers. We are currently recruiting NURSING ASSISTANTS and have VACANCIES available in the following municipalities: OICATA TOCA DUITAMA SOGAMOSO TIBANÁ The primary responsibilities include LABORATORY SAMPLE COLLECTION, TELECONSULTATIONS, URINARY CATHETER CHANGES, MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, DRESSINGS, NURSING AND CAREGIVING · Requirements: We seek male and female professionals trained as NURSING ASSISTANTS, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, based in Boyacá. Candidates must be available to work in the municipalities of DOICATA, TOCA, DUITAMA, SOGAMOSO, and TIBANÁ, and must own a personal vehicle. · Proficiency in aseptic technique, assertive communication, and responsibility. It is essential to have strong computer skills, REHTUS, RUT, up-to-date vaccination records including COVID-19 vaccines.
