We invite you to apply for the Restaurant Manager position at Bomba Foods S.A.S., the renowned restaurant chain comprising Sr Wok, Martín Birriería, and Ava. Job Requirements Technical, technological, or professional education in administrative, gastronomic, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in similar roles, preferably within the food industry. Knowledge of administrative and commercial management of points of sale. Leadership and team management skills. Cash handling. Inventory management. Monitoring and control of performance indicators (KPIs). Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, without split shifts, with one compensatory day during the week. What We Offer: Direct employment contract with the company, initially fixed-term, with potential conversion to indefinite-term. Base salary: $1,800,000. Monthly food allowance: $400,000. Daily meals (lunch) provided at the restaurant. Transportation allowance: $249,000. Average commissions: $480,000 (variable based on point-of-sale performance).
