Job Summary: Administrative, logistics, or operations professional responsible for supervising and executing logistics processes, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and execution of logistics processes 2. Inventory control and material flow management 3. Coordination of product classification and receipt Technical degree in Administrative Sciences, Logistics, Operations and Processes; preference for degrees in Administration, Logistics, Systems, or related fields. · Knowledge: Microsoft Office, inventory and equipment control, material preservation and storage, BPM. Availability to work night shifts. · WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years general experience; 1 year preferred in logistics or distribution process execution and/or supervision. · 1. Conduct vehicle and primary distribution fleet counts for other centers, wholesalers, and contingencies to support timely finished-product supply while ensuring accuracy in warehouse receipts and shipments. 2. Conduct vehicle and secondary distribution fleet counts, as well as random checks, to support timely and accurate product delivery to customers. 3. Supervise and monitor inventory and flow at the exchange point to ensure reliability of information regarding exchanges, redemptions, and deliveries, thereby supporting accurate settlements. 4. Supervise, review, and execute product dumping, mobilization, rotation, beverage repacking, warehouse cleaning, and physical inventory counting to ensure timely and accurate product supply for picking, contract manufacturing, and internal consumption. 5. Coordinate and verify container classification, new packaging assembly, and product receipt to ensure timely, safe, and intact supply of packaging and products to the warehouse. 6.
