Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Register and update patient data in the SIGO system. Assist with billing, collections, and cash closing processes as required. Answer telephone calls, messages, and inquiries through digital channels. Coordinate the schedules of medical and aesthetic staff. Maintain the reception area organized and presentable. Manage files, clinical histories, and administrative documentation. Conduct patient follow-ups and support loyalty strategies. Assist with general administrative tasks assigned by management.
