What will be your challenge? * **Management and positioning:** Lead the sales strategy and position the brand in the assigned area. * **Market expansion:** Acquire and retain customers in the hardware channel and through direct sales with construction companies. * **Strategic relationship management:** Maintain value-based connections with decision-makers in construction projects and distribution. What do you need to apply? * **Education:** Professional or technical degree in fields related to commercial management, marketing, architecture, civil engineering, or construction. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of sales management experience in the sector. * **Key knowledge:** Must have experience selling construction materials (cement, bricks, steel, finishes, etc.). * **Mobility:** Must have a **personal vehicle** (car or motorcycle) with up-to-date documentation.
