We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst responsible for order management and tracking, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely service delivery to various business divisions. This position focuses on order administration, operational coordination, and internal customer support. **Responsibilities:** * Review, entry, and modification of purchase orders in SAP. * Order analysis: pricing, materials, units, and backorders. * Coordination and tracking of bookings and deliveries. * Support for sales force and internal department requests. * Updating information and generating reports in SAP. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administration. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Intermediate English. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, teamwork, and results orientation. * SAP / OTC experience preferred.
