We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst responsible for order management and tracking, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely service across various business divisions. This position focuses on order administration, operational coordination, and internal customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing, entering, and modifying purchase orders in SAP. * Analyzing orders: pricing, materials, units, and backorders. * Coordinating and tracking bookings and deliveries. * Addressing requests from the sales force and internal departments. * Updating information and generating reports in SAP. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administration. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Intermediate English. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, teamwork, and results orientation. * SAP/OTC experience preferred.
