Position Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer with agency experience, capable of contributing to the visual development of campaigns and designing assets for various digital platforms, adapting to trends and supporting brand storytelling. Participation in creative sessions and contribution of visual ideas. At Julius, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. It is mandatory that the candidate resides in Medellín or its surrounding areas. Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role, preferably within advertising or digital marketing agencies. Contract Type: * Fixed-term contract for 3 months. Required Education: * Technical, Technological, or University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Advertising Graphic Communication, or related fields. Specific Technical Knowledge: * Design of ATL, social media, print, and digital format assets. * Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition. Required Digital Tools Proficiency: * Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Responsibilities: * Contribute to the visual development of campaigns by participating in the adaptation of key visuals and core concepts. * Research visual references and digital design trends to enrich work output. * Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency. * Design graphic assets for social media (posts, carousels, reels, stories, thumbnails, among others). * Execute revisions and alternate versions of assets per team or client requirements. * Contribute visual ideas that support brand storytelling. * Organize and keep visual files updated. * Support the creation of basic animated assets. * Participate in internal creative sessions, providing visual input based on professional experience. * Be willing to support social media content production activities, such as recording materials, on-camera appearances, idea generation, voice-overs, event coverage, or other actions contributing to fulfilling the brands’ publication calendar.
