Construction supervision and control JOB PROFILE: ARCHITECT WITH EXPERIENCE IN LICENSING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION JOB TITLE Integrated Architect – Licensing, Design, and Construction Management PROFESSIONAL PROFILE SOUGHT A licensed architect with solid expertise in comprehensive project management—from design phase through on-site execution. Must demonstrate proven experience in processing municipal licenses, expert-level AutoCAD usage for technical drawing development, and the ability to supervise and coordinate on-site work. KEY COMPETENCIES - Professional degree in Architecture (valid and officially registered). - Advanced AutoCAD proficiency for drafting architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical drawings. - Experience in processing construction permits, urban planning approvals, and document submissions to municipal authorities (preferably in Bogotá). - Knowledge of urban planning regulations, building codes, and current legal requirements. - Experience in construction management, supervision, and control during execution. - Ability to develop complete architectural projects—from concept through final delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepare and review technical drawings in AutoCAD. 2. Manage and process all required licenses and permits for construction projects. 3. Supervise on-site construction execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedules, and quality standards. 4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, suppliers). 5. Conduct periodic site inspections and issue progress reports. 6. Ensure compliance with applicable legal and safety regulations on site. REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Architecture. - Minimum 3 years of experience in licensing and AutoCAD-based design. - Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or supervision. - Familiarity with local regulations in Bogotá (Cundinamarca) and Colombia. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness and ability to travel to construction sites.
