Execute internal audit activities for low-to-medium scope assignments, aligned with departmental plans, covering various risks and audit types—including branch network audits, process-assurance audits, regulatory audits, special audits (Fraud and/or Forensics), and advisory engagements (Due Diligence, etc.)—across the bank, its subsidiaries, and other BBVA entities, aiming to support maintenance of effective control frameworks and contribute to achieving business objectives, thereby adding value to the organization. Propose constructive and participatory actions toward continuous improvement of the respective department. Be responsible for coordinating, executing, designing, and exploiting data—and any other activity necessary—to respond promptly to departmental requirements. Properly conduct fieldwork applying established audit techniques and procedures. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in administrative, engineering, or finance-related disciplines. Specialization and/or master’s degree preferred. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 4 years in external audit firms, internal control departments, or internal audit roles as a Senior Auditor or equivalent, participating as a team member or managing certain assignments within multidisciplinary teams, such as Auditor in projects and/or audits. **KNOWLEDGE AND/OR TOOLS** * Systems Auditor (Certified Information Systems Auditor – CISA) * CIA (Certified Internal Auditor). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Project coordination * Agile methodologies * Mediation and negotiation * Organizational structure * Oral and written communication * Critical and analytical thinking * Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
