Important vacancy information: * Work location: Sogamoso * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 * **Work modality**: On-site Responsibilities: PRIMARY PURPOSE: Operate at client sites to control and monitor material inventories, perform material receipts and verify parts, components, supplies, and various materials against invoices, carry out occasional material movements using forklifts, implement necessary controls and administrative activities inherent to area processes, and ensure alignment between system controls and physical inventories. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: * Receive and verify parts, components, supplies, and various materials against invoices, checking their specifications and requested quantities, and immediately report any irregularities to the direct supervisor. * Unload and store materials according to procedure specifications to facilitate location and available stock control, as required. * Record material movements in the system to ensure inventory control of RHI Magnesita refractory materials; * Issue purchase requisitions for materials and basic or small equipment, and manage delivery transit to ensure fulfillment within the timeframe specified in the approved request; * Issue necessary documents for material entry and exit in accordance with client procedures. * Receive various materials and products, verifying them against packing lists, purchase orders, invoices, etc., from suppliers, confirming their suitability for proper invoice issuance, and taking corrective actions—including returning deliveries—whenever serious non-compliance is identified. * Control and maintain stock of small consumable items for team use, ensuring their availability for area operations; * Conduct physical counts of materials at client sites and/or stores to consolidate inventory data per established procedures. * Register and release supplier invoices per area procedures, forwarding them for approval and payment. Required Knowledge and Skills: * Technical or technological degree in Administration, Systems, Maintenance, Logistics, or related fields. * Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. * Minimum 2 years of specific experience relevant to the responsibilities of this position.
