The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: MINE SUPERVISOR** **YOUR ROLE WILL BE:** To direct, coordinate, and control development, preparation, exploitation, and rehabilitation activities at the Nobsa quarry site, ensuring optimal equipment utilization and availability, performance of raw material crushing equipment, and stockpile formation — all to guarantee required volumes for clinker and cement manufacturing processes, in compliance with quality, cost, and environmental management parameters. **YOUR KEY CHALLENGES WILL BE:** * Coordinate execution of preparation, development, waste removal, and limestone exploitation activities at the Nobsa quarry by scheduling drilling, blasting, loading, material transportation, and ZODMES formation activities. * Coordinate the crushing process and limestone stockpile formation for raw meal, based on blending limestone from the Nobsa quarry, external quarries, and supplier-provided limestone — ensuring delivery volume and quality meet established parameters. * Coordinate execution of environmental management, control, and restoration activities at the Nobsa mine, as defined within the Environmental Management Plan, to ensure sustainable operations. * Ensure compliance with defined quality and operational standards for the crushing and stockpile formation processes, as well as for raw materials used in cement grinding. * Coordinate and supervise contractor-performed activities to ensure work complies with Holcim’s established safety, quality, and environmental standards and policies; promote self-care culture across quarry and plant operational areas through hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective actions related to unsafe behaviors and conditions — thereby protecting people’s integrity, facilities, and equipment. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field. * Minimum (3\) years’ experience in open-pit mining companies. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Class B2 driver’s license. **Workplace:** Nobsa \#HolcimColombia DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
