Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) legal regulations. **Job Responsibilities:** Maquinaria y Materiales de Construcción S.A.S. is seeking an OSH technician and/or professional with over three (3) years of experience in the mining sector coordinating occupational safety and health. **Mission:** Reduce the organizational accident rate and ensure the proper development of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) through identification, control, and monitoring of occupational hazards, guaranteeing compliance with current OSH legal regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and monitor programs of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). * Identify sociodemographic profiles and occupational risk factors of employees. * Conduct induction, training, and re-induction processes in OSH for new and existing staff. * Investigate and analyze incidents, occupational accidents, and occupational diseases, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with current legislation on Occupational Safety and Health.
