Discover the opportunities we offer and join us in building a more promising future. **Job Responsibilities:** * Inspect and verify the conformity of materials, processes, and on-site work according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Conduct periodic quality controls and tests (dimensional, welding, tightness, compaction, coatings, among others) and record results in established formats. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date non-conformance reports, verification checklists, and inspection logs, proposing corrective actions and preventive measures. * Collaborate in the receipt and verification of materials and equipment, checking traceability, certifications, and storage conditions. * Perform on-site measurements and verifications using control tools and equipment (levels, calipers, testing devices), ensuring proper execution of layout and tolerances. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection, reporting deviations to the Quality Manager or site supervisor. * Participate in technical meetings with site teams, suppliers, and supervisors to resolve findings and coordinate improvement actions. * Support the implementation of quality control plans and activities related to training and awareness on good construction practices. * Assist in quality area document management and preparation of deliverables for internal and external audits. **We seek candidates with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: Technical or university degree in civil engineering, construction, installations, quality control, or related fields. Additional training in quality management will be valued. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in inspection or quality control roles on civil works, infrastructure, or similar projects. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria. * Proficiency in on-site testing and measurement techniques and equipment; basic computer skills for data recording and reporting. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
