This role is essential for the successful execution of road infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and controlling daily activities together with the work team (production/laboratory technician/laboratory), by functional unit and section under responsibility. * Verifying implementation of the PAC (Ortiz Colombia Quality Assurance Plan) and the PIME (Project Inspection, Measurement, and Testing Plan) for each section. * Ensuring compliance with inspection point programs. * Preparing and tracking non-conformities, directing them to the responsible parties. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, delegated responsibilities, and those inherent to the functions carried out by the department. * Providing training to all personnel involved in construction activities, supported by the Group’s quality management system and tools such as PPI PAC. * Responding to the client’s quality-related requirements. * Maintaining an organized record of quality-related information generated (test results, characterizations, certifications, material certificates), properly filed by month and linked to project execution. * Guaranteeing compliance with the PAC and PIME, and effectively responding to internal or external audits conducted within the scope of this activity. **Requirements:** * Professional Degree: Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard (diplomas, courses, or specialization) * Knowledge of technical and documentary quality management * Knowledge of INVIAS Technical Specifications 2013 and/or 2022 * Proficiency in office software, advanced Excel * More than 3 years’ experience implementing quality systems in road infrastructure and/or related companies **We Offer:** * A dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment within a company with a long-standing reputation and extensive track record in the construction industry. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training, aligned with our quality and safety policies. * A competitive salary package and additional benefits to be discussed during the selection process.
