The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: MINE SUPERVISOR** **YOUR ROLE WILL BE:** To lead, coordinate, and control development, preparation, extraction, and rehabilitation activities at the Nobsa quarry, ensuring optimal equipment utilization and availability, efficient performance of raw material crushing equipment, and proper stockpile formation — all to guarantee required volumes for the Clinker and Cement manufacturing process, in compliance with quality, cost, and environmental management parameters. **YOUR KEY CHALLENGES WILL BE:** * Coordinate preparation, development, waste removal, and limestone extraction activities through scheduling of drilling, blasting, loading, material transport, and ZODMES formation at the Nobsa quarry. * Coordinate the limestone crushing process and raw material stockpile formation by blending limestones from the Nobsa quarry, external quarries, and those procured from suppliers — ensuring timely delivery of required volumes and quality according to established parameters. * Coordinate environmental management, control, and restoration activities at the Nobsa mine, as defined and included within the Environmental Management Plan, to ensure sustainable operations. * Ensure compliance with defined quality and operational standards for the crushing and stockpile formation processes, as well as for raw materials added during cement grinding. * Coordinate and supervise contractor-executed activities to ensure work is performed in accordance with Holcim’s established standards and policies on safety, quality, and environment; promoting a self-care culture across quarry and plant operational areas through hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective actions related to unsafe behaviors and conditions — thereby protecting people’s well-being, facilities, and equipment. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field. * Minimum (3\) years’ experience in open-pit mining companies. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Class B2 driver’s license. **Work Location:** Nobsa \#HolcimColombia DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
