The purpose of this role is to analyze and process emergency orders placed by Local Procurement or Imports for heavy machinery and forklifts — covering the full cycle from request through supplier payment (for local purchases), as well as claim tracking and registration for both local and imported items. . **Your Responsibilities:** * Analyze and process emergency orders * Local procurement: manage the end-to-end process from request to supplier payment, including emergencies and stock * Transfer and closure of VOR and urgent MH order arrivals * Track and register claims (local and imported); inspect warehouse non-conformance inventory * Emergency orders not split (Z300\) \+ Split quantity greater than notified \+ RPA Splitting **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Academic Qualification: Technician or Engineer in Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related fields * Experience: Minimum 6 months working with spare parts; proficiency in Excel databases; experience automating workflows using Power Automate * **Knowledge: Advanced Excel, automotive and/or machinery knowledge, programming, Intermediate Power Automate, SAP** * Skills: Responsible, proactive, eager and willing to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding experiences to our internal customers * Minimum 6 months’ experience in analysis and procurement of national and imported spare parts **What We Offer:** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility — and we invite you to build it with us.
