* Collaborate in the development and updating of the Center's Educational Project and Curriculum Project. * Organize, coordinate, and direct the work of the Preschool staff. * Promote the achievement of the Center's objectives, analyze and evaluate its overall functioning as well as all projects and activities. * Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings of the Educational Team. * Ensure compliance with the Center's rules and regulations. * Create the school schedule and calendar for staff and children attending the center according to established criteria. * Manage school fees. * Provide necessary materials to all staff so they can perform their work in an orderly and proper manner. * Act as support staff in daily or extraordinary activities. * Facilitate communication with families to encourage their participation in the school's daily life.\- Serve as the representative of the Preschool before Educational and Local Administrations, maintaining direct contact with them to ensure proper service operation. * Maintain contact with specialized personnel together with the educator in cases of children with Special Educational Needs. * Carry out enrollment procedures in collaboration and coordination with the City Council. * Justify purchases made from businesses that do not have direct invoicing with the City Council. * Report, when necessary, to the City Council's maintenance services to repair, inspect, or improve the Preschool facilities. * Register required documents at the City Council's office as needed. * In emergency situations, act responsibly, assess incidents, and inform parents. * Be familiar with the Center's Evacuation Plan and act accordingly in case of emergency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:50 PM. **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
