Direct affiliation with the company **Vacancy: General Construction Foreman** **Location:** Soracá, Boyacá (preferably residents of Soracá, Tunja, or nearby municipalities). **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a committed professional with leadership abilities and a results-oriented mindset, possessing **a minimum of 3 years of certified experience** supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and guidelines established by the Project Management Office and/or Site Management. **Requirements:**✅ Technician or Technologist. ✅ Minimum 3 years of certified experience as a General Construction Foreman. ✅ Desirable experience in **industrialized construction systems** and **Social Interest Housing (VIS)** projects. ✅ Knowledge in: * Infrastructure. * Concrete structures. * Masonry. * Finishes. * Electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary networks. * Urban planning. * Supervision and control of construction activities according to blueprints and technical specifications. **We Offer:**✔ Fixed-term contract. ✔ Direct affiliation with the company. ✔ Salary negotiable based on experience and profile. ✔ On-site work in Soracá, Boyacá.
