A leading Japanese multinational is currently seeking an On-Site Support Agent - Temporary with experience in Level I and II printer support to deliver prompt user assistance and ensure optimal performance of technological devices. This position has been created to cover vacation replacements, medical leaves, and staff absences at the client site. Main Responsibilities: Configure, perform preventive maintenance, and provide support for printers. Manage supplies and replace consumables (e.g., toner). Manage and track tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution. Ensure operational continuity through effective service management. Prepare and submit monthly reports and summaries to the client. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Systems, Technical Support, Informatics, or related fields. Minimum one (1) year of experience providing Level I and II support for printing equipment. Experience supporting and maintaining printers, multifunctional devices, computers, and other technology peripherals. Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, software installation, and hardware diagnostics. Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Conditions Contract Type: Fixed-term for 6 months, with possibility of renewal. Work Modality: On-site support. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; occasional Saturdays.
