This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Lead and ensure the proper execution of logistics operations by monitoring, tracking, and managing KPIs and the operational team, ensuring compliance with service and productivity standards. * Meal and transportation allowance: * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break), 44 hours per week * Work mode: On-site **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations * Experience in picking, packing, warehousing, and reverse logistics * Experience managing operational staff * Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Own transportation preferred * High adaptability and change management capability **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Lead and supervise daily logistics operations * Monitor and control KPI compliance * Manage and support the assigned operational staff * Coordinate picking, packing, warehousing, and reverse logistics processes * Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction * Identify operational improvement opportunities * Support process implementation and structuring (greenfield operations)
