Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Kitchen Assistant to support operations, handle cash, assist with mise en place, and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional role within the kitchen team A company located in the city of Medellín requires a Multifunctional Kitchen Assistant for its team, with six (6) months of experience as a kitchen assistant, in customer service and/or cash handling. Academic qualification: Completed 9th grade. Responsibilities: - Support kitchen area activities to ensure compliance with operational standards. - Perform basic cash handling when required, contributing to payment process efficiency. - Assist with mise en place to ensure proper service preparation. - Provide quality- and effectiveness-oriented customer service. Professional competencies: Assertive communication, customer service, and active listening. Salary: COP $1,750,095 + overtime pay + commissions + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits Contract type: Project-based employment contract Schedule: Rotating shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and 12:00 p.m. to closing; Sunday to Sunday, with one weekday off.
