Customer Service: Provide personalized and efficient service, resolving inquiries and requests courteously. Shift Management: Ensure proper scheduling of staff working hours, maintaining optimal coverage. Staff Monitoring and ensuring achievement of objectives. Staff Accompaniment: Support and guide team members in their daily tasks, fostering a collaborative environment. Office Software Proficiency: Use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, summaries, and presentations. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and planning skills. Proactivity. Proficiency in office software tools. Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotation every ~3–4 months) We Offer: Job stability.
