If you are motivated to work on products with real impact and solve complex challenges, this could be your next step. ### **Purpose of the Role:** Contribute to enhancing, improving, maintaining, and deploying Fracttal’s integration platform, whose backend is built in Python, now featuring workflows optimized by native AI and Claude Code. ### **Your Mission:** * Contribute to the design and maintenance of the Airflow integration orchestration platform, leveraging Claude Code to accelerate development and iteration. * Contribute to developing robust integration solutions using Python with AI-enhanced workflows, backend technologies, and PostgreSQL databases. * Contribute to maintaining REST APIs, web services, and microservices to facilitate communication between Fracttal and external systems, implementing AI-native patterns where applicable. * Optimize integration performance to ensure efficiency and scalability. * Contribute to security and access control strategies for integration solutions. * Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure interoperability and consistency of Fracttal’s integrations with other systems. * Contribute to designing integration solutions that meet customers’ communication requirements. * Conduct integration testing to ensure data is exchanged accurately and effectively, documenting and validating with AI-powered tools. * Perform ongoing integration maintenance, applying necessary updates or changes as systems evolve. * Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the integration meets their needs and expectations. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Professional experience developing in Python * Professional experience in integrations, working with web services, REST APIs, and SOAP * Experience designing and developing relational databases and SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) * Experience developing or participating in API integration projects, including gathering client requirements and managing implementation * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Strong self-management skills * Prior experience with Claude Code, Claude API, or AI tools for development * AI-native mindset: ability to identify opportunities to integrate AI into integration solutions * Architecture of AI-powered solutions * Experience in intelligent process automation ### **What You’ll Find at Fracttal:** At Fracttal, we care about people through: * **Autonomy and flexibility**, grounded in trust and responsibility, enabling you to manage your time and work with professional judgment. * **Well-being integrated into daily life**, with benefits supporting your physical, emotional, and personal health. * **Genuine support for your professional development**, with resources and dedicated time to learn, train, and continue growing. * **Complementary health coverage**, because we know performing well starts with feeling well. * **Support during important life moments**, both inside and outside of work. * A **collaborative, human, and impact-oriented environment**, where technology serves a clear purpose.
