Accounting Coordinator Gestion Atica is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for its team — a Public Accounting professional with experience leading accounting processes and work teams. We are looking for an organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive leader. Job Objective Lead and coordinate the organization’s accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring reliable and timely information and compliance with current regulations. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the accounting team. Ensure accurate execution of accounting, tax, and financial processes. Ensure monthly and annual financial closings. Prepare and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. Supervise the preparation and filing of tax returns. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Optimize processes and propose improvements for departmental efficiency. Support the company’s financial planning and budgeting activities. Requirements Public Accounting degree. Experience coordinating accounting processes. Experience leading teams. Mandatory proficiency in SIESA. Knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial processes. Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. Immediate availability.
