Nationwide company OLT TRANSPORTES SAS is looking for a SECURITY COORDINATOR. REQUIRED: Must reside in Medellín or the metropolitan area and have experience in similar roles within the transportation sector. Among the responsibilities are conducting security assessments of drivers, employees, and affiliated personnel to verify compliance with company-established parameters; approving and activating the creation of drivers and vehicles nationwide; being available 24/7 to address incidents occurring during vehicle transit; designing and implementing necessary policies to ensure both physical and operational security of the company; monitoring activities within the Traffic Control department to ensure proper vehicle tracking for the safety of both driver and cargo; managing measurement, analysis, and improvement of the process; analyzing process non-conformities and taking corrective actions; preparing and presenting process management reports to management; ensuring effective communication with other processes, among others. WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:25 pm to 5:45 pm; Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm SALARY: NEGOTIABLE CONTRACT TYPE: INDEFINITE TERM EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE EDUCATION: TECHNICIAN OR TECHNOLOGIST IN ADMINISTRATIVE OR LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS, OR RETIRED NON-COMMISSIONED OR SUB-OFFICER.
