In the **Accounting** domain, key responsibilities include daily and monthly bank reconciliations; submission of critical regulatory reports (Liquidity Atom AT10, SBP Reporting); support for tax and contribution payment processes; assistance with monthly financial closing; and preparation of entries in Panama’s and Colombia’s accounting systems. Additionally, regulatory compliance maintenance and management of annual FATCA and CRS reports are included. **Administrative** tasks involve vendor management; procurement and stationery administration; legalization of travel and petty cash expenses; documentation coordination between Colombia and Panama; and front-desk reception duties. Finally, within **Talent & Culture**, support includes employee onboarding; execution of wellness initiatives; centralization of internal communications; tracking of development and training plans; implementation of occupational health and safety standards; management of disciplinary procedures; and collaboration in recruitment and performance evaluation processes. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum three (3) years of experience in Accounting and Payroll Services. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Local Regulation CBCF 100/95 * Process design and optimization * Creation of dashboards and automated reports for senior management * Visualization and analysis of complex data * Regulatory project management **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Data-driven decision making * Process optimization * Leadership and team management * Commitment to responsibilities * Continuous learning * Analytical and strategic thinking *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
