**What are we looking for?**

At Sofka, we seek an **RPA Developer** with **2–4 years of experience**, to design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate Desktop and Cloud). Your technical focus will enable process optimization, reduction of repetitive tasks, and integration of key systems.

### **Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with area leaders to identify, assess, and document operational processes suitable for automation (Process Mining / PDD).
* Develop, test, and deploy complex automated workflows (Desktop and Cloud Flows) using Power Automate.
* Connect legacy applications, ERPs, CRMs, and cloud services via native connectors, APIs (REST/SOAP), and UI automation.
* Monitor bot performance, resolve operational incidents, and perform corrective/evolutionary maintenance.
* Apply clean architecture standards, code reusability, error handling, and secure credential management.
* Create and maintain up-to-date solution architecture documentation (SDD) and delivery manuals.
### **Requirements**
* **Education:** Graduate professional or final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related technology fields.
* **Experience:** 2–4 years designing, migrating, and implementing bots and automation processes in production environments.
### **Technical Knowledge**
* Advanced proficiency in **Power Automate Desktop** and **Power Automate Cloud**
* Experience with **SharePoint**, **Dataverse**, **Microsoft Teams**, **Office 365 API**, and **Azure Apps**
* Development and integration of custom connectors (**Custom Connectors**)
* Solid programming logic (**variable handling, loops, conditionals, and Regex**)
* Knowledge of languages such as **JavaScript**, **Python**, **PowerShell**, or **C\#**
* **Preferred:** Intermediate SQL queries and REST/JSON API consumption
* **Preferred:** Knowledge of AI or integration with Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
