Job Mission: Develop design or renovation proposals for new or existing spaces that ensure functionality (use and cost) while complying with current civil works regulations. Requirements: If you are an Architecture professional or Civil Engineer and/or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in: Project structuring and monitoring. Preparation and interpretation of floor plans. Budgeting and construction settlement. We want to meet you! Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Rendering and graphic representation software. Budgeting and construction settlement. Knowledge of construction materials. Structured cabling and networking regulations. Intermediate office productivity tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Project. This opportunity is for you! Base Salary: 2.890.900 Contract Type: Indefinite-term. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. (Availability required outside regular hours when operations demand it — including Saturdays).
