Prepare bakery products with quality and adherence to recipes. 2. Control and manage ingredients, ensuring their availability and proper usage. 3. Maintain cleanliness and proper use of equipment and work areas. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare bakery products such as bread, pastries, and related preparations, adhering to recipes and quality standards. 2. Control and manage ingredients, ensuring accurate measurement, proper storage, and availability. 3. Verify the quality and freshness of finished products, ensuring consistency and presentation. 4. Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and proper use of equipment and work areas, complying with safety regulations. Salary: 1 to 2 SMMLV. Education: Technical degree in Baking or related fields. Experience: 12 months in the position. Contract type and duration: Fixed-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.
