We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is organized, reliable, and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple brands and maintain consistent, high\-quality content across platforms. Position Overview The Social Media Manager will handle the day\-to\-day social media operations for multiple client brands. This includes posting content, managing stories, creating simple ads, planning monthly content calendars, and delivering monthly performance reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and collaboration with our creative team. All work will be managed through **ClickUp**, which serves as the agency’s central hub for tasks, assignments, and project organization. ResponsibilitiesDaily Social Management * Publish scheduled posts, reels, and stories across assigned brand accounts. * Maintain posting consistency and ensure content goes live accurately. * Monitor comments, messages, and general engagement; escalate issues when needed. * Coordinate with editors, photographers, and project managers using ClickUp. Content Planning \& Strategy * Develop monthly content calendars for each brand, taking into account seasonality, marketing objectives, promotions, and brand positioning. * Organize and label assets within ClickUp and Google Drive. * Provide strategic recommendations to improve content performance and relevance. * Identify trends and propose new content ideas. Advertising \& Promotions * Set up and manage basic boosted posts and targeted ads through Meta Ads Manager. * Optimize audience segments, placements, and budgets to increase reach and performance. * Monitor and adjust ads based on results. Monthly Reporting * Prepare monthly performance reports for each brand, including key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, and top\-performing posts. * Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for upcoming months. * Present reports clearly and professionally. Branding \& Quality Control * Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s identity, tone, and visual standards. * Maintain consistency between organic content, ads, and brand messaging. * Review final content for quality and correctness before publishing. Required Qualifications * 1–3 years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred). * Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite. * Ability to create structured content calendars and write clear captions. * Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles and ad targeting. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Experience using ClickUp or similar project management platforms. * Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Drive. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in restaurant, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle marketing. * Basic photography or video editing skills. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Ability to ideate campaign concepts and seasonal content ideas.
