We are looking for a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising operational activities within the logistics area, ensuring compliance with the organization’s established standards of quality, efficiency, and service. Their management focuses on optimizing resources, ensuring proper execution of processes, and leading the operational team toward achieving strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: * Plan national routes according to demand and vehicle availability. * Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and distribution with warehouses and regional coordinators. * Supervise maintenance and availability of owned and third-party fleets. * Monitor route execution via GPS or logistics management software. * Control and resolve in-transit incidents (delays, returns, damages, etc.). * Optimize logistics resources to reduce costs and improve delivery times. * Prepare transportation performance indicator reports and performance analysis. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations, road safety standards, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). * Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers. * Inventory handling and control. * Efficient warehouse management and cold chain maintenance. **Education and experience:** * Degree or technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in coordination or supervision roles within distribution centers, transportation, or warehousing. * Knowledge of logistics management systems (WMS and TMS) and performance indicators. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. **Working conditions:** * Salary: COP 2,300,000 + statutory benefits * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Position type: Full-time
