




National transportation company OLT TRANSPORTES SAS is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the proper functioning of the Human Resources management process; ensuring compliance with personnel profiles and competencies; safeguarding the occupational well-being of all company employees; guaranteeing timely payment of employees’ social security contributions as stipulated by law; contributing to the improvement of the management system and fulfilling assigned tasks within it; properly completing integrated management forms related to one’s responsibilities; promptly reporting any suspicious activity or unsafe act that could cause accidents or emergencies to the Safety Coordinator, Emergency Committee, and COPASST; planning process activities to achieve established objectives and goals; designing and implementing necessary policies for effective process operation; measuring and analyzing the process and taking required actions to improve it; managing resolution of non-conformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement actions to ensure effective solutions; preparing and submitting process management reports to Management upon request; managing effective communication with other processes; developing strategies to enhance competence and development of the assigned human team; directing and verifying personnel recruitment, training, development, and termination processes, among others. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator. EDUCATION: High school diploma, technical degree, or university degree in Human Resources Management, Humanities, or related fields. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience working in transportation companies.
