Job Summary: Operate the squaring machine for precise cutting of sheets and plastics, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to production timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust the squaring machine according to production orders. 2. Inspect quality and verify tolerances of finished parts. 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Job Objective Operate the squaring machine to perform precise cutting of sheets, plates, and engineering plastic parts, complying with technical specifications, quality standards, industrial safety requirements, and production timelines established by the company. Main Responsibilities Operate and adjust the squaring machine in accordance with production orders. Verify dimensions, thicknesses, and material specifications prior to cutting. Perform straight, angular, or special cuts according to blueprints, drawings, or work instructions. Inspect the quality of finished parts and verify compliance with established tolerances. Identify and report defects in materials, tools, or equipment. Prepare required materials and tools for each job. Maintain the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform basic preventive maintenance on the machine according to defined procedures. Record production data, waste, and process irregularities. Comply with industrial safety regulations, occupational health requirements, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
