Electrical Engineering Company Currently seeking a **Procurement Assistant** Technical or technological degree in administrative, procurement, or logistics fields Minimum 15 months of experience in the field, preferably within companies in the (**INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, LOGISTICAL, OR RELATED ELECTRICAL**) sector. Proactive, organized individual with analytical ability and supplier management skills. **Responsibilities:** * Request and compare quotations for products and services according to internal requirements. * Prepare purchase orders and conduct follow-up until goods receipt. * Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Verify receipt of products and services, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions (timing, quality, price). * Support updating supplier databases and price lists. * Control and archive procurement-related documentation (quotations, orders, invoices, etc.). * Generate periodic procurement reports, cost savings analyses, and supplier performance evaluations. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials and tools across ongoing projects. * Support internal or external audits related to procurement, warehouse, and logistics functions. **Competencies:** Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Negotiation skills. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Sense of urgency. * Proficiency in office software. * Experience with accounting software such as Siigo or similar. @emacsas Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
