The ideal profile is a professional expert in requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and creating solutions that align business needs with technology delivery. This role is fundamental to ensuring that each project delivers real value, translating business needs into clear requirements for development teams. You will be the key player who ensures synergy between strategy and execution in a dynamic and collaborative environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the investigation of business needs to conceive and propose effective software solutions. * Model, analyze, and improve business processes to optimize operations and value delivery. * Define and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Align business processes with IT solutions to generate synergy and maximize organizational impact. * Facilitate the integration of software solutions and processes from different vendors. * Collaborate on the testing strategy, reviewing use cases, and tracking defect resolution. * Manage and report on project progress, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of specific experience as a Business Analyst or Service Analyst, with a proven track record in the health insurance sector.
