We are currently looking for a **Developer** with software development experience and a strong focus on using **GitHub Copilot** as an enabler of productivity and quality. This role targets professionals who know how to **leverage Copilot beyond autocomplete**, including **agent creation and usage**, and who possess solid expertise in **GitHub across the software development lifecycle**. The specific technology or programming language is not the primary focus; what matters most is the **ability to integrate Copilot and GitHub into daily development practices**. **Role Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve software solutions using **any language or technology**, based on project requirements. * Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows supported by **generative AI**. * Apply sound development practices, documentation standards, and version control. * Collaborate with other developers within GitHub-based workflows. * Manage source code using **GitHub**, including repositories, branch management, pull requests, code reviews, and version control. * **Create, configure, and work with agents in GitHub Copilot** to automate development tasks. * Actively use **GitHub Copilot** to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize processes. **✅****Job Requirements** * Prior experience in **software development**, with proficiency in at least one technology, framework, or programming language. * Practical experience using **GitHub Copilot** in real-world development environments. * Knowledge and experience in **creating and using agents in GitHub Copilot**. * Solid command of **GitHub** as the central development tool (repositories, branches, PRs, code reviews). * Understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
