Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate UI Designer with critical thinking and adaptability to transform chaos into clear and consistent systems, focused on user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transform chaos into clear and consistent screens and systems. 2. Collaborate with Product Owners and validate requirements. 3. Design user-centered interfaces and validate accessibility. If you have the ability to transform chaos into something beautiful—clear, consistent screens and systems for users—you are the UI Designer we would love to have on our team. **Be:** adaptable to change, passionate, critically thinking **Know:** Technical or technological background in Graphic Design or a degree in Advertising, with knowledge of Graphic Design, Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and proficiency in Figma / Jira. **Do:** * Define product UX/UI design guidelines. * Create interactive prototypes and usability tests. * Ensure visual consistency and a coherent user experience. * Collaborate with Product Owners to validate requirements. * Design user-centered interfaces. * Design wireframes, mockups, and navigable prototypes. * Validate accessibility (WCAG) in interfaces. * Maintain brand consistency in interfaces. * Identify user experience improvements. * Document style guides and visual patterns. **Note:** Portfolio and resume are mandatory. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or advertising agencies. **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 to $4\.000\.000, depending on experience and expertise. **Work Modality:** Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
