Position Summary: TALENTOS SAS is seeking a CEDI Coordinator for a hardware store, responsible for comprehensive management of inventory, logistics, personnel, and transportation fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and process control. TALENTOS SAS is seeking a CEDI Coordinator for a hardware store. Minimum 2 years of experience. Studies in logistics, administration, accounting, or related fields. Responsibilities: Ensure proper and appropriate custody of merchandise inventories consistently, promptly, and with quality, guided by the established shrinkage policy; constantly considering the environmental context. Manage and report warehouse malfunctions and their action plans for control and minimization. Coordinate with the logistics team for proper receipt and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring appropriate storage with intelligent handling, considering every detail of available space while continuously improving each process. Permanently assess inventory status based on seasons and age. Lead with guidance and action to ensure accountability for corporate processes related to merchandise receipt and custody, whether individually or collectively. Manage and ensure continuous training of assigned personnel to keep them technically and documentally informed. Control and manage work schedules to ensure maximum operational availability according to company-defined hours and requirements. Report various updates regarding each assigned collaborator to the Human Resources Department; likewise, comply with and ensure compliance with SST guidelines regarding collaborator care and self-care in all performed functions, observing optimal conduct and minimizing operation-related risks. Report and support stockout management with Procurement and Supply departments to maintain the highest inventory quality in storage. Conduct daily continuous improvement meetings with all assigned personnel at the start of each shift. Promote participation and collaborative, team-oriented spirit. Manage and control the assigned transportation fleet, assigning drivers, routes, delivery frequency, and merchandise delivery procedures. Coordinate home deliveries, maintaining corresponding records and controls, directing deliveries according to the established process. Maintain records and controls of preventive and corrective maintenance for each vehicle in the fleet, as well as documentary management regarding licenses, permits, certificates, and insurance. Supervise the physical condition of vehicles and manage required corrections. Maintain and ensure proper care of technological equipment assigned to the CEDI, reporting any issues to the responsible department. -Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Technological Program 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
