Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided contact list. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Clinic. * Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging platforms. * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment statuses in the CRM. * Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets. * Handle objections and provide basic information about our services. * Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: * Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred). * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry. * A reliable internet connection, computer, and headset. * Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision. * Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
