Required Professional Profile Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields. Professional Experience: * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in developing native mobile applications for Android and/or iOS. Required Technical Knowledge: * Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code, applying sound software design practices. * Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP). * Experience with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum. * Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git. * Native mobile application development (Android/iOS). * Knowledge of cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform. * Experience developing applications using Flutter. Soft Skills and Language: * Advanced conversational English (minimum CEFR level B2). * Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills within multicultural teams. * Strong analytical ability, proactivity, and results orientation. * Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.
