




**Requirements:** * Kitchen assistant with knowledge of good manufacturing practices, cold and hot kitchen, food preparation, preparation and assembly of products, cleaning and disinfection of the work area is required. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the position. * Rotating shifts from Tuesday to Sunday (distributed over 44 weekly hours). **Tasks to perform:** * Disinfection and cleaning of the work area. * Receiving supplies and portions for daily preparations. * Checking quantities of supplies for food preparation. * Preparing à la carte dishes and executive menu. * Reading orders for dish preparation and lunch dispatch. * Preparing bases and recipes as indicated by the team leader. * Conducting monthly inventory of supplies. **We offer:** * Salary: current minimum monthly wage, transportation allowance, overtime pay, surcharges for worked rest days, statutory benefits, and tips. * Contract: Direct with the company, fixed-term for 3 months, renewable based on performance.
