**Job Objective** Lead the company's commercial strategy, ensuring sustained business growth and budget compliance, based on commercial strategies across different markets and business lines, supporting the sales team in closing winning proposals, guaranteeing recurring revenue and customer satisfaction and retention for both current and potential clients, always aligned with our core values. **Profile:** * Professional in chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in B2B within the industrial sector, preferably with knowledge in machinery and/or industrial fluids. * Proficient in indicators, CRM, BI, and analytical tools. * Ability to design and execute commercial plans through innovative solutions tailored to client needs. * Skilled in commercial innovation and development of unique value propositions. * English level B1 required. * Based in Cali with availability to travel to regions within Valle del Cauca (Yumbo, Palmira, Caloto, Tuluá, Buga, Candelaria, El Cerrito, among others). * Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Requirements:** * Natural salesperson with macro vision and data and results orientation. * Experience in B2B sector within industry serving various markets (Industrial Water, Fuels and Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Mining, Industrial Manufacturing, Power Generation, and Oil \& Gas). * Lead and support multichannel campaigns, trade fairs, events, and specialized advertising initiatives. **Offer:** * Direct hiring with indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary \+ extra-legal benefits. * Transportation allowance. * Guaranteed income for first 3 months: 350\.000 rolling average; average salary first three months 4\.200\.000, thereafter higher based on commissions. * Commissions based on achievement of sales targets.
