Job Summary: As an Assistant Teacher, you will provide constant support to the group director and/or area teacher throughout the school day, ensuring student safety, care, hygiene, comfort, and development. Support for teaching processes and academic activities. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide constant accompaniment and support to the group director and/or area teacher throughout the entire school day. Provide constant accompaniment and support to the group director and/or area teacher throughout the entire school day, safeguarding students’ safety, care, hygiene, comfort, and developmental processes within their educational cycle. Job Responsibilities: * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project for the grades or groups under your responsibility, preparing academic environments in accordance with the area plan, subject plan, and guidance provided by the teacher and/or cycle coordinator. * Actively participate in planning daily academic experiences or activities and in projects or events conducted within your educational cycle, reviewing and analyzing planned content to effectively assist in implementing those experiences or activities. * Support teaching processes according to assigned and complementary responsibilities of the teaching assistant, considering your competencies, and assist—when required—school services in sports and arts schools by accompanying students from preparation (e.g., changing clothes) through to their effective handover to the corresponding school transportation route or guardian. \- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching activities) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. * Strengthen your professional development through continuous updating, both within the school and in other educational settings.
