




Company: Global Prevent SAS Location: South of Cali – In-person At Global Prevent SAS, a company specialized in Occupational Health and Safety, we are looking to add an Accounting Assistant to our team to support the organization's administrative and accounting processes. Main responsibilities: Recording of accounting transactions. Organization and filing of accounting and financial documents. Assistance with bank reconciliations. Invoice review and support for accounts payable and receivable processes. Accounts receivable management and payment follow-up. Preparation and control of invoicing. Preparation of accounting reports and statements. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Accounting Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Alegra accounting software. Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel). Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Conditions: Employment contract with statutory benefits. Work schedule: Part-time (in-person). Salary: Half of the current legal minimum wage + statutory benefits. Location: South of Cali. Position type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 per week
