We are looking for a committed, organized professional with extensive experience in comprehensive payroll management, capable of leading key processes and ensuring compliance with labor and legal obligations. Required profile: * Public Accounting professional with 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Solid experience in: * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Preparation of payroll for more than 500 employees. * Calculation of withholding tax at source. * Settlement of employment contracts. * Management and reporting of social security. * Generation of accounting interfaces. Working conditions: * Salary: $4.500.000 + allowance of $1.000.000. * Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). * Modality: 100% in-person (Bogotá – Calle 100).
